Price Terms

Unless otherwise expressly noted, all prices are per person, based on double occupancy of the stateroom and are quoted in £ sterling. Fred.\reserves the right to increase its prices without prior notice; however, if you have confirmed your booking with a deposit, or if you have already made your final payment, your price will be protected.

Azamara Cruises

$500 Onboard Credit and 50% off your Second Guest
1. The July OBC offer only applies to new bookings in Club Oceanview staterooms and above (guarantee staterooms excluded) made between 1st July and 22nd July 2020 on selected Azamara® voyages departing between 3rd October 2020 and 26th April 2022 (“Eligible Bookings”).
2. Eligible Bookings will receive $500 onboard credit per stateroom based on two guests sharing (“Offer”). Onboard credit for single bookings will be pro-rated based on single supplement paid:
 $500 for 200% supplement
 $375 for 150% supplement
 $312.50 for 125% supplement
3. Price description “Azamara Sale” must be listed in the reservation at the time of making an Eligible Booking.
4. The onboard credit shall be redeemable during the voyage by either named 1st and 2nd stateroom guest in the Eligible Bookings, and shall not be applied as a discount or credit against the bookings fare.
5. Onboard credit can only be spent up until 10pm on the final evening of the cruise, at which point any unspent onboard credit awarded in connection with this promotion will be removed from the account. This offer of onboard credit has no cash value, is non-transferable, and cannot be used in an onboard casino.
6. Offer applies to new individual stateroom Eligible Bookings (as specified above). Staterooms in non-contracted group bookings must be named and fully deposited during the promotion period to be eligible for this promotion.
7. This promotion does not apply to Travel Agent rates, Interline Rates, Nett Tour Op Rates, Gross Tour Op Rates, Closed User or any form on Non-Revenue price programmes, including but not restricted to: Seminars at Sea, Perishable Inventory, Complimentary prize winner staterooms, incentive or contracted groups, or 3rd guests and upwards in the stateroom, who must pay full fare at the time of booking.
8. This promotion is only combinable with Back-to-Back Benefits where both sailings meet the terms of the offer, Azamara Circle Quarterly Savings, 50% Off Second Guest, single supplements and On-board Booking Savings, providing that the above July OBC conditions are met and bookings are made onboard via our Future Cruise Consultant and/or Open Bookings, where made via our Call Centre. Unless otherwise stated, the Offer is not combinable with any other offer or promotion, including, but not limited to, Complimentary Nights, Last Minute Voyages, Closed User Rates, Employee Rates, Interline Rates, Travel Agent Rates, and Net Rates: offer is available on gross rated fares only.
9. If the guest cancels and reinstates an Eligible Booking, applies a fare change, applies a name change or transfers the booking, or changes the ship or sail date of the booking, or makes certain other changes to the booking, this will result in removal of the Offer.
10. Bookings created prior to this promotion that wish to access the new benefits will have to cancel existing booking and make a new booking. Bookings that are cancelled shall be subject to prevailing cancellation charges.
11. Promoter reserves the right to cancel, suspend and/or modify this promotion, or any part of it, if any fraud, technical failures, pricing errors, or a change in applicable law or any other factor beyond Promoter's reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of this promotion, as determined by Promoter in its sole discretion.

Buy One Get One Half Off
1. Buy One Get One Half Off (BOGOHO) promotion is applicable to the first and second named guests in the booking only. Applicable to new bookings (guarantee staterooms excluded) that are made between 1st May and 31st August 2020 inclusive (“Promotional Period”), on select sailings, as detailed, departing between 3rd October 2020 and 21st November 2021 (“Eligible Bookings”).
2. Eligible Bookings will receive a saving of 50% from the voyage fare of the second guest booked into the stateroom. The 50% saving is calculated based on the current full voyage fare of the first guest in the stateroom, including taxes and fees. The voyage fare also includes standard meals on-board (excluding speciality dining), most entertainment on-board and selected drinks. The promotion excludes personal expenses (e.g. laundry and spa), shore excursions, travel insurance, travel arrangements to and from the port and gratuities. Other add-ons and amenities including, but not limited to, air fares, hotels and transfers are not included and will not be reduced as part of the 50% saving promotion.
3. Fares for Eligible Bookings are subject to change during the Promotion Period based on supply and demand, and pricing on the flyer is correct as at 1st May 2020. Pricing after application of discounts represents genuine savings over standard cruise fares on equivalent sailings at the time of booking. Discounts applied at invoicing or web checkout to the prevailing cruise fares on Eligible Bookings represent the applicable saving over pre-promotion cruise fare prices.

5. Cunard

Cunard Fare
The Cunard Fare is available on all cruises at all times. Guests can enjoy the choice of stateroom number (subject to availability), Britannia guests will have the choice of early or late sitting in the main restaurant, subject to availability, and be eligible for upgrades (where and if available). In addition, and where available, will also benefit from a complimentary shuttle bus in selected ports. The Cunard Fare comes with a choice of additional benefits, including:
On board spending money
Available on cruises of 7 nights or more
On board spending money varies by cruise duration and Meta category and applies to the first two guests sharing a cabin. This can be spent on shore excursions, drinks, spa, and in the shops. On board spending money is non-refundable and non-transferable. If the guests is a Cunard World Club member, the on board discount applies after all on board credit has been used.
OR Car Parking
Available on all Southampton roundtrip cruises of 7 nights or more
Leave the car in a secure car park (one space per booking). Guests must let us know at the time of booking if they wish to use this service and then contact Cruise & Passenger Services Ltd (the operator) direct on 0845 071 3939 or via www.c&ps.com/parking to arrange car parking no less than 35 days in advance of their departure.
OR Coach transfers
Available on all Southampton roundtrip cruises of 7 nights or more Coach transfers are available to all guests on the booking. Guests should let us know at the time of booking if they wish to use this service and then contact the coach provider on 0843 374 2246 no later than 35 days prior to departure.
Benefits are not combinable. One benefit per booking

Early Saver Fares
FEarly Saver fares will be available on all voyages from launch and offer guests further price reductions, limited added value and flexible booking conditions. Guests will be able to choose their grade and location of cabin (the specific stateroom number will be at the discretion of Cunard), with a lower priority of dining time or table preference.
Early Savers Fares are not combinable with Cunard World Club 5% launch saving.
Other promotional fares may be introduced from time to time, including limited late availability deals that would come with no choice of cabin, dining time or table size and very restrictive booking conditions.

Net Rates
Mass net rates are available from launch for the World programme. Net rates are not available for other itineraries on sale during this time – The Transatlantic Crossing / Europe
