Price Terms

Unless otherwise expressly noted, all prices are per person, based on double occupancy of the stateroom and are quoted in £ sterling. Fred.\reserves the right to increase its prices without prior notice; however, if you have confirmed your booking with a deposit, or if you have already made your final payment, your price will be protected.

Double Category Upgrade & Azamara Circle Double Points
1. The ‘Double Category Upgrade’ offer only applies to new bookings (guarantee staterooms excluded) that are made between 1st September and 18th November 2020 inclusive (“Promotional Period”), on select sailings, as detailed, departing between 20th March 2021 and 11th April 2022 (“Eligible Bookings”).

Eligible Bookings allows guests to book; a Club Balcony stateroom in selected V3, V2, or V1 categories at Club Interior stateroom prices (category 12); a Club Balcony Plus stateroom in selected P3, P2 or P1 categories at Club Oceanview stateroom prices (category 08); and a Club Continent Suite in selected N2 or N1 categories at Club Balcony stateroom prices (category V3). Upgrades will be applied in accordance with the promotions table in this flyer. Prices for Eligible Bookings are subject to change during the Promotion Period based on supply and demand and pricing on the flyer is correct as at 21st August 2020.
8. On some sailings, not all categories of stateroom will be available under this offer. Please check individual sailings details for full information.
9. Bookings must be made in desired category, which will be priced at the lower fare after the valid promotion is selected. Price description ‘FREEUP’ must be listed in the reservation at time of booking. 10. The cruise fare includes standard meals on-board (but excludes speciality dining for guests booked in a Club Balcony or lower stateroom category), selected on-board entertainment and selected drinks (as detailed at https://www.azamara.co.uk/life-onboard/inclusive-amenities), but excludes personal expenses (i.e. laundry), shore excursions, travel insurance, travel arrangements to and from the port and gratuities.
11. Pricing is based on two people sharing the eligible stateroom booked in GBP / EUR and inclusive of taxes.
12. This promotion is applicable to booked and named groups, such as GAP & Tour conductor benefits, if named between 1st September and 18th November 2020 at prevailing rate.
13. This promotion does not apply to Guarantee Staterooms (Z, Y, X, XP & W), Travel Agent rates, Interline Rates, Nett Tour Op Rates, Gross Tour Op Rates, Closed User or any form on Non-Revenue price programmes, including but not restricted to: Seminars at Sea, Perishable Inventory, Complimentary prize winner staterooms, incentive or contracted groups and 3rd guests in the stateroom, who will have to pay full fare at the time of booking.
14. This promotion is only combinable with single supplements, back-to-back benefits where both cruises meet the terms of this promotion, Azamara Circle Quarterly savings, and Onboard Booking Savings providing that the above conditions are met and made onboard via our Future Cruise Consultants and, Open Bookings, where made via the call centre.
15. If a guest; cancels and reinstates an Eligible Booking; applies a fare change; changes the ship or sail date of their booking or makes certain other changes to their booking, this may result in the removal of this promotion from their booking.
16. Bookings created prior to this promotion that wish to access the new benefits of this offer will have to cancel existing booking & make a new booking. Bookings that are cancelled shall be subject to prevailing cancellation charges.
17. Promoter reserves the right to cancel, suspend and/or modify this promotion, or any part of it, if any fraud, technical failures, a change in applicable law or any other factor beyond Promoter's reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of this promotion, as determined by Promoter in its sole discretion.

Cunard

Cunard Fare
The Cunard Fare is available on all cruises at all times. Guests can enjoy the choice of stateroom number (subject to availability), Britannia guests will have the choice of early or late sitting in the main restaurant, subject to availability, and be eligible for upgrades (where and if available). In addition, and where available, will also benefit from a complimentary shuttle bus in selected ports. The Cunard Fare comes with a choice of additional benefits, including:
On board spending money
Available on cruises of 7 nights or more
On board spending money varies by cruise duration and Meta category and applies to the first two guests sharing a cabin. This can be spent on shore excursions, drinks, spa, and in the shops. On board spending money is non-refundable and non-transferable. If the guests is a Cunard World Club member, the on board discount applies after all on board credit has been used.
OR Car Parking
Available on all Southampton roundtrip cruises of 7 nights or more
Leave the car in a secure car park (one space per booking). Guests must let us know at the time of booking if they wish to use this service and then contact Cruise & Passenger Services Ltd (the operator) direct on 0845 071 3939 or via www.c&ps.com/parking to arrange car parking no less than 35 days in advance of their departure.
OR Coach transfers
Available on all Southampton roundtrip cruises of 7 nights or more Coach transfers are available to all guests on the booking. Guests should let us know at the time of booking if they wish to use this service and then contact the coach provider on 0843 374 2246 no later than 35 days prior to departure.
Benefits are not combinable. One benefit per booking

Early Saver Fares
FEarly Saver fares will be available on all voyages from launch and offer guests further price reductions, limited added value and flexible booking conditions. Guests will be able to choose their grade and location of cabin (the specific stateroom number will be at the discretion of Cunard), with a lower priority of dining time or table preference.
Early Savers Fares are not combinable with Cunard World Club 5% launch saving.
Other promotional fares may be introduced from time to time, including limited late availability deals that would come with no choice of cabin, dining time or table size and very restrictive booking conditions.

Net Rates
Mass net rates are available from launch for the World programme. Net rates are not available for other itineraries on sale during this time – The Transatlantic Crossing / Europe

Fred. Olsen Cruise Lines

New Ships On Sale Now
These Terms and Conditions are in addition to Fred. Olsen Cruise Lines (FOCL) standard Terms and Conditions, which are available on our website, fredolsencruises.com and on request. Both must be read before booking. Fares are per person, based on standard occupancy of the lead-in room of named category, subject to availability. ‘PP’ is per person. Information shown is correct at time of going to print (August 2020), but fares are capacity controlled and may change at any time. Call for latest prices. All offers may be withdrawn or amended at any time without prior notice, cannot be combined, are subject to availability and cannot be applied retrospectively.
Cruise descriptions include optional, chargeable experiences that may be enjoyed independently and/or with option Fred. Olsen Shore Tours.

Freedom Fare PLUS
Applicable to new bookings made from 07/09/20 to 30/09/20, inclusive, on cruises departing between March 2021 and February 2022 on Fred. Olsen Cruise Lines’ ship Bolette. Charters, exclusive sailings and Tour Operator holidays are excluded. Freedom fare terms and conditions apply. Tips are paid directly to the relevant staff on board; are non-refundable, non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash. Recommended amount for Tips is £5 per person per night on Ocean cruises. Free On Board Spend amount is per person (pp), up to two guests per cabin, and amount varies based on duration, based on £50 pp for cruises up to 13 nights in duration or £100 pp for cruises of 14 nights or more. On Board Spend is non-transferable, no refunds will be given for the credit amount shown, and no cash alternative will be given for unused money.

Enjoyment Promise:
The Enjoyment Promise excludes Party Nights and cruises for 4 or less nights. The promise only applies to Bookings made for departures more than 12 weeks ahead. The Enjoyment Promise only applies to Passengers who have contracted with FOCL. Should you wish to invoke the Enjoyment Promise, you will need to inform Guest Relations within 48 hours of the Vessel's departure from the original port of embarkation at the latest (24 hours for River Cruises). FOCL will arrange and pay for a flight and/or transport back to the UK. FOCL will refund the cruise cost only but will not refund other costs. E&OE.

Featured fares are per person based on double occupancy and include Taxes, Fees & Port Expenses.
